Donald O. Rager Sr., 64, of Milton, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born in Milton on Feb. 8, 1953, he was the son of the late Robert G. and Grace Rebecca (Welliver) Rager.
Donald attended Milton schools and had served in the Navy during the Vietnam War.
He had worked for AC&F in Milton and for the Moose in Milton. He was a member of the Moose, VFW and American Legion, all of Milton. He was also a member of the Stoney Knob Hunting Club in his earlier years.
He is survived by one daughter, Lesley Rager, of West Milton; two sons, Donald Rager Jr. and Anthony Rager, both of Milton; four grandchildren, Kelcie Rager, Alyssa Rager, Donnie Anthony Rager, and Owen David Rager; three brothers, Warfield "Doc" Rager, of Elimsport, Robert "Dink" Rager Jr., of Sunbury, and Terry Rager, of Penns Creek; and two sisters, Linda Manley, of Watsontown and Olga Pursell, of Milton.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Rager.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
