DeLana Lucille Fritchman, 69, of 25 Walnut Street, Milton, passed away Tuesday morning, Sept. 26, 2017, at the home of her daughter in Lewisburg.
She was born March 22, 1948, in Milton, a daughter of the late Harry W. and Catherine (McFarland) Fry. She was married to Ronald Lee Hames from 1965-1987 and James Henry Fritchman from 1990 until his death in 2009.
DeLana attended Milton High School and was a cafeteria worker at Meadowbrook Christian School cafeteria until her retirement.
She was a member of Christ Wesleyan Church, and also prepared funeral meals for the church.
DeLana enjoyed the Sight and Sound Theater in Lancaster, flowers, gardening, coloring, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, cross stitching, and her cats.
Surviving are three children and their spouses, Denise Lynn and Joseph Yannes, of Lewisburg, R. Michael W. Hames and his partner Katherine Sampsell, of Millmont, and David C. and Delaney J. Hames, of New Columbia; five grandchildren, Jennifer Grove and her husband Jason, of Millmont, Kennedy B. Barner, of Lewisburg, Brandy J. Spaid-Reid, of Sunbury, Kaitlyn M. Hames, of Mifflinburg, and Tyler M. Hames, of Millmont; two great-granddaughters, Macie and Brynley Grove; and one brother, Charles B. Fry, of Milton.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Faith Elizabeth Barner; and seven siblings, Harry Wesley, Donald, Thomas, Richard, Anna Catherine, Ethel Jeanette, and infant sister, Eleanor Jean.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Christ Wesleyan Church, Milton, with the Rev. Erik Ireland officiating.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Funeral arrangements are by the John H. Shaw III Funeral Home, 801 Market St., Lewisburg.
