Caroline Elizabeth Piper, 80, of Liverpool, entered into rest on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017, at PinnacleHealth Harrisburg Hospital.
She was born Feb. 21, 1937, in Centerville, a daughter of the late Maynard and Charlotte (Willi) Noll. On Aug. 2, 1958, she married Ronald Eugene Piper who preceded her in death on June 11, 1988.
Caroline was a 1954 graduate of Greenwood Joint High School.
From June of 1954 to June 1956, she was employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She retired from Moore Business Forms Inc., in Harrisburg, after 41 years of service as a office administrator.
She was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Millerstown, Moore Organization of Retired Employees, the Women of Moose Lodge Chapter 21, Millerstown, and attended the Liverpool Senior Center, and was a dedicated member of the Liverpool Fire Company Auxiliary.
Caroline enjoyed camping, playing bingo, and going to the Hollywood Casino. She loved spending time and socializing with her family and friends.
She is survived by four generations of nieces and nephews; three sisters-in-law, Polly Oren, of Marysville, Edith Noll, of Newport, and Betty Beaver, of Millerstown; and one brother-in-law, Harvey Piper Jr., of State College.
Caroline was the last of her immediate family and was preceded in death by three sisters, Ardella Rumberger, Mary Van Horn, and Dorothy Klimenko, and four brothers, Robert, Fred, John, and Truman Noll.
Family and friends are invited to the viewing from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday at the George P. Garman Funeral Homes Inc., 606 N. Front St., Liverpool, followed by the funeral at 11 with the Rev. David Sensenig officiating.
Burial will be in the Liverpool Union Cemetery.
