Bobby J. Inch, 90, of Mount Pleasant Mills, entered into rest on Monday morning, April 3, 2017, at the Richfield Senior Living and Rehabilitation Center, Richfield.
He was born May 13, 1926, in Perry Township, Snyder County, a son of the late Robert C. and Mamie D. (Stuck) Inch. He was married to the former Rachel R. Weiser who preceded him on Jan. 6, 2012.
Bobby was a Army veteran serving during World War II.
He retired after 33 years from Wood Mode Inc., Kreamer and was formerly employed at Stuck Lumber Mill and Renninger Logging.
He was a member of the Richfield Sportsmans Club and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5640, Middleburg.
Bobby was an avid sportsman who loved the outdoors and was known as the "Turtle Man". Bobby also enjoyed gardening.
He is survived by his two daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon I. and David M. Weixel, of Mill Hall and Lori A. and Travis W. Ferry, of Richfield; five grandchildren and their spouses, Amy and John Barton, Beth Weixel and her partner Angie Grove, Erin and Josef Oggier, Rebecca Ferry, and Robert Ferry; four great-grandchildren, Alexis Barton, Jacob Barton, Dylan Barton, and Callen Oggier; two sisters and brother-in-law, Orpha Scholl, of Port Trevorton, and Shirley and Russell Houser, of Annville; two sisters-in-law, Janet Inch, of Winfield and Linda Inch, of Liverpool; a brother-in-law, Knowles Barrick, of Freeburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Pauline Sprenkel, Katherine Gaugler, and Sarah Barrick; and three brothers, Wilbur, Carl, and Paul Inch.
There will be no viewing. Services will be held at a later date at the discretion of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in loving memory of Bobby to the Richfield Sportsmans Association Trout Program, P.O. Box 245, Richfield, PA 17086.
The George P. Garman Funeral Homes Inc., 9366 Route 35, Mount Pleasant Mills is assisting the family with the arrangements.
