Warfield's Story

Warfield M. "Bud" Rager Jr., 43, of Hepburn Street, Milton, passed away on Aug. 22, 2017, at Evangelical Community Hospital, in Lewisburg.
He was born June 29, 1974, in Lewisburg, a son of Nora and Michael Doresky, of Middleburg and Warfield M. "Doc" Sr. and Mary Rager, of Allenwood.

Bud attended Milton schools.
He was employed at Great Dane.
He was a social member of the VFW, Milton.
Bud was an Oakland Raiders fan and he enjoyed football, baseball, fishing and hunting. He liked to work on cars. Most importantly Bud like to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancée, Rebecca Beachel; three sons, JaViva Rager, of Ohio, Austin Rager, of Milton, and Cayden Rager, of Montgomery; two daughters, Quintella Rager, of Florida and Haley Rager, of Florida; two grandchildren, Caterra and Javianna Rager; one brother, Brian Rager, of Watsontown; two sisters, Crystal Koons, of Lewisburg, and Nichole Rager, of Middleburg; his maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Beachel, of Milton; four stepbrothers, Glen Wilk, of Allenwood, John Long, of Coal Township, Tommy Wilk, of Millersburg, and Mark Doresky, of West Milton; and his fiancee's children, Isaac, Dakota, Ryan, Briella, and Zoey.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, in Harmony Cemetery, Milton, with Pastor Butch Woolsey officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Shaw Funeral Home, 400 N. Front St., Milton, PA 17847, to help with funeral costs.
