Steve Earl Watts, 38, of Milton, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born Oct. 29, 1978, in Lewisburg, a son of Gary R. Watts and the late Arporn Watts.
Steve graduated from Milton Area High School in 1997.
In earlier years he worked for Toys-R-Us and Wal Mart. He then began pursuing a degree as a medical assistant.
Steve had an infectious smile and contagious laugh. He loved making people laugh, filling the silence and spreading joy wherever he went. Steve was a master of hilarious facial expressions and voices. Steve was a superhero fanatic, but Batman was the best of all.
His favorite trips were to Comic-Con gatherings and hearing talks of stars who had played superheroes or science fiction characters on TV or in movies. He liked playing trivia, watching trivia shows, and had an amazing knowledge of pop culture and superhero characters. Steve loved all animals but especially dogs. Over the years, he had many.
He is survived by his father, Gary Watts, of Milton; two brothers, Ging and Tammy Watts of Milton, and Sudbil Itsalaporn, of Selinsgrove; nieces and nephews, Alicia and John Gallo, Tyler Watts, Kaylyn Watts, Caughlen Watts, and Aiden Itsalapron; great-niece, Kaylee Ann Gallo; and his aunt, Carol Watts.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church, 316 Golf Course Road, Milton.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Steve's memory may be made to Mostly Mutts, 284 Little Mountain Road, Sunbury, PA 17801.
