Scott W. Cotner, 65, of McEwensville, passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born Dec. 31, 1951, in Danville, a son of Frederick N. Cotner and the late Lucille V. (Seidel) Cotner.
Scott was a 1969 graduate of Warrior Run High School.
He was employed by Holsum Bakery before it changed to Bimbo Bakery in Watsontown.
Scott was an avid train enthusiast, and liked antique/classic cars. He also enjoyed watching and cheering for the Pittsburgh Penguins.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his companion, Linda Drumheller; three brothers, Richard M. Cotner, Leslie J. Cotner, and Ronald T. and his wife Susan Cotner; and a stepmother, Joanne Cotner.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Gary L. Cotner.
Friends and family are invited to call from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, 10275 Route 44, Turbotville, followed by a memorial service at 10, with the Rev. Thomas Glasoe officiating.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brooks Funeral Home & Cremation Svc PC, Turbotville.
