Ronald E. Romberger, 73, of Pillow, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 20, 1943, in Millersburg, a son of the late Susan and Marlin Romberger.
Ronald was a 1961 graduate of Millersburg High School, a 1967 graduate of HACC, and attended Upper Iowa University for accounting. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War as an air traffic controler.
He was employed as a accountant for American Can Co./Silgan Can Co. in Lemoyne, Puerto Rico, Chicago, Ill., Grand Prairie, Texas, Kansas City, Mo., and Paris, Texas.
Ronald was a member of Gideon's International, Upper Dauphin Camp, and David's Community Bible Church, Millersburg.
He is survived by his wife Sheila Romberger; one son, Corwynn Romberger, of Kansas City, Mo.; one daughter and son-in-law, Danita and Greg White, of Dallas, Texas; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Gerald and Barbara Romberger, of Florida, and Stanley and Louetta Romberger, of Millersburg; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Marceila and John Krissinger, of Herndon, and Karen and Paul Szives, of Millersburg.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Melissa Ann; and one sister, Carolyn Fegley.
A visitation with family and friends will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Friday at David's Community Bible Church, Millersburg, followed by the funeral at 2:30.
Interment will take place in the David's Community Bible Church Cemetery, Millersburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ronald's memory may be made to Gideon's International, Good Samaritan Ministry of David's Community Bible Church, or Celtic Hospice.
