Robert A. Schwartz, 64, of Herndon, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born Aug. 31, 1953, in Newark, N.J., a son of Mary (Goodski) Schwartz-Angle of Berrysburg and the late John Schwartz. In 1977, he married the former Paula S. Schulz who survives.

Bob was a graduate of Hillside High School, New Jersey.
He was employed with Pella Windows for 21 years in New Jersey and was last employed with Paul Q. Ross Construction, RR Sunbury.
Bob was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church Trevorton, a member of Mandata American Legion Post 54, and the Dalmatia Fire Company.

In addition to his mother and his wife of 40 years, he is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Robert Schwartz of Herndon, and Bill and Stephanie Schwartz of RR Sunbury; one daughter, Pamela Schwartz and fiancé, Frank Ellersick of Andover, N.J.; two grandchildren, Frank and Alexa Ellersick; six sisters and two brothers-in-law, Mary Ann Percoskie, Helen Daly, Liz and Ralph DeSiano, Dorothy Kehole, Susan Sojka, and Carol and Gary Manuzza; and one brother, John Schwartz.
He was preceded in death by one stepsister, Amanda Corcoran.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday with a prayer service at 6, at the Robert G. Foust Jr. Funeral Home, 841 W. Shamokin St., Trevorton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 331 W. Shamokin St., Trevorton, with the Rev. Steven Frenier as celebrant. Family and friends are asked to meet Monday at 9:45 a.m. at the church.
Burial will follow in Stone Valley Cemetery, Hickory Corners.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Robert's memory to Mandata American Legion Post 504, 4092 Route 147, Herndon, PA 17830.
