Reuben E. English, 33, of Mill Street, Danville, passed away Monday, June 13, 2016, at his home.
He was born Oct. 28, 1982, in Muncy, a son of Barry L. and Cindy K. (Smith) English of Turbotville.
Reuben attended Warrior Run High School and had worked at Playworld, Lewisburg, Foam Fabricators Inc., and Jack Williams Tire Company, both in Berwick.
Earlier in life, he was a member of Boy Scout Troop 622 of Turbotville.
Reuben enjoyed hunting and paintball in his free time. He especially loved spending time with his son, Christian.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Christian J. English, of Turbotville; one brother and sister-in-law, Ryan W. and Audrey English, of Montgomery; one niece, Elsie English, of Montgomery; uncle, Todd English, of Selinsgrove; aunt, Sonya Kessler and her husband, Richard, of Bristow, Va.; three cousins; his paternal grandmother, Ruth Patterson, of Watsontown; and maternal grandparents, Wayne and Pearl Smith, of Danville.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Roy E. English in 1968 and his paternal step-grandfather, Larry R. Patterson in 2014.
Friends are invited to call from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at Brooks Funeral Home & Cremation Svc, PC, 207 Broadway St., Turbotville, followed by the funeral at 2, with the Rev. James Fladland of First Evangelical Lutheran Church, of Watsontown, officiating.
Burial will follow in Presbyterian Cemetery, McEwensville.
