Raymond G. Sellard, 78, of Allenwood, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018, at his home.
He was born Aug. 12, 1939, in Bloomsburg, a son of the late Raymond G. Sellard and Lenora (Confer) Sellard Faux. He was married to the former Doris Warren and his death breaks a marital union of 60 years.
Raymond attended Milton schools and had served in the Army.
He was employed by Milton Manufacturing, retiring in 2000.
Raymon enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping. He was also a gunsmith who enjoyed making 1000 yard bench rifles as well as shooting them.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by five children and their spouses, Candy and Lee Sanderson of Watsontown, Raymond Jr. and Lisa Sellard of Watsontown, Hugh and Janet Sellard of Allenwood, Roger and Tonya Sellard of Dewart, and Gary and Lisa Sellard of Montandon; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters and brothers-in-law, Beverly and Lawrence Mudge of Milton and Crystal and Bill Beck of Sunbury.
Following Raymond's wishes, private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
