Ralph W. Cromley, 91, of Terry's Lane, Watsontown, passed away Thursday, Oct. 5, 2017, at his home.
He was born Feb. 22, 1926, in Milton, a son of the late Thomas and Dorothy (Young) Cromley. On Aug. 21, 1946, he married the former Evelyn M. Baker and they have celebrated 71 years of marriage.
Ralph was a 1944 graduate of Milton High School.
He retired from the Watsontown Post Office in 1991, and was a farmer his entire life.
He was a life member at Paradise United Church of Christ, and a former Scout Master of Troop 72, Limestoneville.
Ralph enjoyed hunting and was an avid collector of stamps and coin.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Terry L. Cromley and his wife Patsy L., of Watsontown; two grandchildren, Teri L. Ritter and husband Christopher, and Jody L. Cromley, all of Watsontown; one great-grandchild, Brandan L. Cromley; three stepgreat-grandchildren, Shania L. Stone, Storm M. Pryor, and Draven R. Ritter; and one sister-in-law, Helen Cromley.
Ralph was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas L. Cromley.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Paradise Cemetery, rural Milton, with the Rev. Doug Schader, Paradise United Church of Christ, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Ralph's memory be made to Evangelical Home Health Hospice, 1 Hospital Drive, Lewisburg, PA 17837.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brooks Funeral Home & Cremation Svc PC, 207 Broadway St., Turbotville.
