Norma P. Kepner


Norma P. Kepner, 88, of Middleburg, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2019, at Brookdale GraysonView, Selinsgrove.
She was born Jan. 21, 1931, in Upper Mahanoy Township, Northumberland County, a daughter of the late Harry and Amelia (Mattern) Erdman. She was married to Robert Kepner and R. Eugene Moyer, who both preceded her in death.

Norma grew up in the village of Rough and Ready.
She was employed at Miss Siren garment factory and Beavertown Knitting Mills in Selinsgrove. She retired after many years of employment from the Selinsgrove State Center. In later years, she also provided home care to the elderly.

She is survived by two sons, Glenn Moyer of Philadelphia and Bruce Moyer of Shamokin Dam; grandmother to Greg and Amanda, the children of her late son David Moyer; and two brothers, Mark Erdman of Millersburg and Roy Erdman of Perkasie.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Arlene Krissinger, Verna Keim, and Grace Nolder.

Friends and family will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, June 28, at Sharon Lutheran Church, 120 S. Market St., Selinsgrove, followed by the funeral at 11, with the Rev. Kristina Schaeffer officiating.
Burial will follow in Orchard Hills Cemetery, Shamokin Dam.

Arrangements are by the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove.
