Natalla M. "Tallie" Dreese, 94, of 107 Mifflin Place, Mifflinburg, formerly of 214 S. Fifth St. (currently the Elias Church), entered into rest at 2:25 p.m. Sunday, July 16, 2017, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
She was born Oct. 17, 1922, in Milton, a daughter of the late Curtis Leroy and Leah Margaret (Cooper) Butler. On Jan. 21, 1942, she married Nelson L. Dreese Sr., who preceded her in death March 30, 1988.

Tallie was a 1940 graduate of Milton High School.
She was employed as a seamstress at Par Knit Mills, Mifflinburg, for many years.
She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Mifflinburg, since 1942.
Tallie enjoyed sewing, reading, playing Scrabble, crossword puzzles, and collecting cardinals. Her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren were the light of her life.

Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Nelson L., Jr. and Tammy Dreese, of Keystone Heights, Fla.; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Sean L. and Dale Weaver, of Aaronsburg, Linda L. Prutzman, of Mifflinburg, Gloria J. and Greg Loudenslager, of Mifflinburg, and Crystal D. and Charlie Kahley, of Millmont; one niece whom she raised, Jean Labar, of Milton; one sister-in-law, Genevieve Dreese, of Mifflinburg; 18 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Gerald Butler; one sister, Evelyn Rantz; two grandchildren, Travis Prutzman and Tim Weaver; and two great-grandchildren, Cameron and Makenna Ruhl.

Family and friends are welcome from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the Roupp Funeral Home Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Road, Mifflinburg, followed by the funeral at 11, with Pastor Ted Justice officiating.
Burial will be in the Mifflinburg Cemetery.
