Lorin J. Wolfe, 58, of Mile Hill Road, Sunbury, passed away at Geisinger Medical Center on Dec. 9, 2017. He was born July 5, 1959, in Sunbury, a son of Grace (Campbell) Wolfe, of Maryland, and the late Marlin Wolfe. On Oct. 7, 2006, he married the former Linda J. Brautigam who survives.
Lorin was a 1977 graduate of Shikellamy High School and Penn State University with an associate of the arts.
He worked as an anesthesia technician for 19 years at Crozer-Chester Hospital, Upland.
He was a Penn State fan, an outdoorsman, a former vice president of JR Fisher's Ferry Rod & Gun Club at Cherry Run, a member of the Union County Sportsman's Club and the East Ends Hose Company.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two stepdaughters, Crystal Medina and Angela Forman, both of Colorado; five stepgrandchildren; one stepgreat-grandchild; one sister and brother-in-law, Marla and Jeff Miles, of Maryland; uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Allen Wolfe.
Friends and family may visit from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the David T. Zweier Funeral Home Inc., 157 Chestnut St., Sunbury, followed by a memorial service at 1, with Pastor Todd Lamer officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Danville SPCA.
