Lloyd M. Brubaker, 66, of 857 Scholl Road, Winfield, went home to be with his Lord at 9:35 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2017, at his home.
He was born Jan. 21, 1951, in West Earl Township, Lancaster County, a son of the late Frank and Mildred (Martin) Brubaker. On July 31, 1971, he married the former Elaine Zimmerman who survives.
Lloyd was owner and operator of Brubaker's Orchard, Winfield, for more than 30 years.
He was a member of the Church of God in Christ Mennonite, Mifflinburg.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 46 years, are one son and daughter-in-law, Neil and Angela Brubaker, of Loudonville, Ohio; three daughters and sons-in-law, Tina and Adrian Eicher, of Leesburg, Ohio, Dawn and Kevin Reiff, of Shippensburg, and Nicole and Phillip Swarey, of Middleburg; six brothers and three sisters-in-law, Vernon Brubaker, of Scottsville, Ky., John and Deb Brubaker, of Mount Pleasant Mills, Elton and Lilly Brubaker, of Scottsville, Ky., Mervin Brubaker, of Mount Pleasant Mills, Paul and Ruth Brubaker, of Mount Pleasant Mills, and Leon Brubaker, of Port Trevorton; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Erma and Aden Martin, of Hillsboro, Ohio, Naomi Brubaker, of Mount Pleasant Mills, and Ruth and Kyle Carey, of Bloomsburg; and 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Grace, and four sisters in infancy; and one brother, Leroy.
Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Morning Star Mennonite Church, 1871 Mensch Road, Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Sunday with David Kurtz and Israel Wengerd, officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
