Leonard E. Clotfelter

Leonard E. Clotfelter, 79, of Richfield, entered into rest on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at Brookline Manor, Mifflintown.
He was born Feb. 11, 1938, in Richfield, a son of the late Clarence W. and Sarah V. (Brown) Clotfelter. On May 26, 1962, he married the former Mary Jane Kramer who survives. His passing breaks a marital union of 55 years.

Leonard was employed at A.D. Renninger Lumber Company, Shaffer's Service Center, and most recently at Ivan P. Lauver & Son, Inc.
He was a member of Aline United Methodist Church and the Richfield Fire Company.
Leonard enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, and sprint car racing.

In addition to his wife, Leonard is survived by one son, Richard Clotfelter; one brother, Cletus "Bo" Clotfelter and wife June; one sister, Normalee Fawver; one brother-in-law, Richard Brady; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Betty M. Brady; one brother-in-law, Allen Fawver; one a sister-in-law, Erma Clotfelter; and one nephew, Charles Arnold.

Friends and family are invited to the viewing from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 11, followed by the funeral at 11, at Aline United Methodist Church, 400 Aline Church Road, Mount Pleasant Mills, with Pastor Debra Dailey officiating.
Burial will be in the adjoining church cemetery.
