Kent D. Wagner


Kent D. Wagner, 67, of Mifflinburg, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born Sept. 14, 1951, in Sunbury, a son of the late George V. and Georgean K. (Hock) Wagner.

Kent was a graduate of Selinsgrove High School with the class of 1971.
He was employed as a butcher and later worked at PBS Modular Homes in Middleburg where he retired.
He was a member of the Herndon Rod and Gun Club and enjoyed spending time up north at his cabin. Hunting was Kent's passion.

He is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Nancy J. and Dale Beaver of Selinsgrove; two nieces, Julia Clark (John), of Selinsgrove, and Kathy Benham, of Brandenburg, Ky.; one nephew, Mark Beaver (Carlyn), of Selinsgrove; and his very good friends and neighbors who stood by him until the end.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert L. "Tank" Wagner and R. Jay Wagner; and one nephew, Dale Beaver Jr.

At Kent's request services will be private. Burial will be in St. Paul's "Middlecreek Dam" Cemetery, Selinsgrove.

Arrangements are by the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove.
