Jozef Huk, 93, of Selinsgrove, formerly of Chester, passed away on Feb. 28, 2017, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born Sept. 6, 1923, in Poland, a son of the late Zacharia and Ksenia Huk.
Jozef served in the Polish-American National Guard as part of the Allied Forces during World War II.
He worked in the steel industry for more than 30 years employed by Baldt and Anchor in Chester, forging steel for the shipping industry.
He was a member of St. Hedwig's Catholic Church in Chester and St. Pius X Catholic Church in Selinsgrove.
Jozef's main focus in life was his family, caring for his late wife Irene, children and grandchildren.
He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Helena and Bob Williams, of Selinsgrove; one son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Michele Huk, of Milford, Del.; and five grandchildren, Mark and Adam Williams, Zachary, Christopher and Torrie Huk.
A visitation will be held from 8:30 to 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 112 Fairview Drive, Selinsgrove, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebraed at 9, with Father Tukura Pius Michael as celebrant.
Burial will be held at 1 p.m. in Immaculate Heart Cemetery, Township Line Road and Market Street, Linwood.

Arrangements are by the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove.
