Jeannie K. "Gordie" Weaver, 71, of Milton, died on Thursday, Aug. 1, 2019, at the Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
She was born Dec. 2, 1947, in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late Carrie May (Coup) and John Wilson Moser. On June 15, 1963, she married Ronald Eugene Weaver Sr. who preceded her in death on May 18, 2013.

Jeannie attended Warrior Run Schools and worked at the former Zenith Corporation, Watsontown and the former H. Warshow & Sons Inc., Milton. She later retired from Sunbury Community Hospital.
In her spare time, Jeannie enjoyed watching television and crocheting.

Surviving are two children, Ronald E. Weaver Jr. and his wife, Kathleena of Mifflinburg, and Pamela J. Salsman of Milton; one daughter-in-law, Kathy Weaver of Milton; two special friends, Megan and Chloe Phillips, both of Milton; six grandchildren, Ronald E. Weaver III, Casey Weaver, Abigail Weaver, Stevie Weaver, Samantha Salsman and Austin Salsman; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by one son, Scott A. Weaver.

A celebration of Jeannie's life will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

The family suggests contributions in Jeannie's memory be made to the American Diabetes Association, online at www.diabetes.org.

The family is being assisted by Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, 308 Main St., Watsontown.

Jeannie was a wonderful person. I enjoyed getting to know her several years ago when working on her home.
She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grand mother and friend.
I hope she meets my mom in heaven, they will get along great.

I am so sorry to hear of Jeannies death. I only knew her a short time from dialysis. It was a her tragic thing that happened. She was a sweet person and I will miss her!!!

The last thing Jeannie said to me on line was lol...
She beat me in every game we ever played..I’m going to miss her so much ...I’m happy she is with her son and husband because I know she is happy now. God bless her my good friend ❤️
