Jason Carl "Jake" Musser, 43, of Kulpmont, passed away on April 13, 2019, a son of the late Tina K. (DeHart) Sheaffer and Thomas L. Musser.

Jake grew up in Penns Creek and attended Penns Creek Elementary School and Middleburg (Midd-West) High School in Snyder County.
During his childhood he was an avid dirt bike rider, in which he went on to racing dirt bike professionally. He was a professional body builder and trainer. He enjoyed and was extremely good at playing guitar, writing songs, and singing. He also enjoyed going fishing, golfing, and writing poetry.

He is survived by his siblings, Craig D. Sheaffer, Samantha J. (Sheaffer) Kaufman and her husband Lincoln Kaufman, Joseph A. Sheaffer, Nicole D. (Sheaffer) Paul and her husband Matthew Paul; three nieces, five nephews and son.

Our brother was very talented, he could achieve anything he wanted to. He was highly intelligent and, at times, too smart for his own good. He had a humorous side that most wouldn't and didn't understand. He truly was an amazing person.
While our hearts are heavy in grief and loss, we know that he is now at peace, and in that, we shall find comfort.

A celebration of life will be held from 1 to 3 p.m., June 9, at the Selinsgrove Legion.

Jake, you were one of the real ones. You said exactly what you thought and boy did you think some crazy things. I was fortunate to have spent a lot of time with you over the last few years and you left me with a million memories that I wouldn't be able to forget even if I wanted to. I'll always consider you family. Until we meet again, bud.
