Evelyn A. Marks, 85, of Green St. Milton, passed away on Aug. 4, 2017, at the Watsontown Nursing and Rehab Center.
She was born Dec. 29, 1931, in Milton, a daughter of the late Hugh and Emma (Trate) Stevenson. She was married on June 6, 1949 to Harlan T. "Toby" Marks who survives.
Evelyn was a graduate of Milton High School.
She was employed in the cafeteria at the Milton High School until her retirement in 1995.
She was a member of the Milton Church of the Nazarene in Milton where she was the organist for more than 30 years.
She was the last of her siblings and was preceded in death by four brothers, George Stevenson, Lawrence Stevenson, Franklin Stevenson, and Robert Stevenson; and two sisters, Kathryn Huff and Dorothy Burger.
Friends and relatives will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Shaw Funeral Home, 400 N. Front St., Milton, followed by the funeral at 11, with the Rev. Robert Morris officiating.
Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery, Milton.
