Gene and hi became friends in 1971. We had a great time working inventory every year. I couldn't have done it without him. He never forgot my birthday and I never forgot his. He bought my late husbands mother sectional couch, I remember when my husband delivered it. Nancy and Gene would stop at my house an visit if they came to Milton. We talked on the phone when Nancy took ill and later when my mother got dementia. We were really great friends and I will dearly miss him. I am sorry I won't be able to come to the services on Monday. My prayers are with you and the family. He was my very dear friend, I Will never forget him. My deepest sympathy, Darlene
