Ernest E. Pellman, 88, of Palmyra, formerly of Sunbury and Harrisburg, entered into rest on Monday, Sept. 18, 2017, at Londonderry Village, Palmyra.
He was born Sept. 16, 1929, in Sunbury, a son of the late John W. and Dora A. (Mengel) Pellman.
Ernest was a 1950 graduate of the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf and was employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
He is survived by one brother, Alton A. Pellman; and three generations of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. John's Lutheran & Reformed Cemetery, Mount Pleasant Mills.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Londonderry Village Worship Center, 1200 Grubb Road, Palmyra.
The George P. Garman Funeral Homes Inc., 9366 Route 35, Mount Pleasant Mills have been entrusted with the arrangements.
