Elaine F. Musser Elaine F. Musser, 69, of Sunbury, passed away on the evening of March 10, 2019, at the Watsontown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center from complications of dementia.

She was born Nov. 5, 1949, in Windsor, Ohio, a daughter of the late Anton and Harriett Derbin.

Elaine moved to Sunbury and became a 1968 graduate of Shikellamy High School.
As a homemaker, she devoted most of her time to her children whom she cherished and adored.

She is survived by one sister, Diane Christine of Sunbury; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert E. III and Melissa Musser of Selinsgrove; one daughter, Angela R. Musser and fiance Gary W. Foulds of Sunbury; and four grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Christopher, Alexander and Noah, all of Selinsgrove.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Derbin, and one nephew, Gary Derbin of WIndsor, Ohio.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Monica's Church, Sunbury.

Arrangements are by the Jerre Wirt Blank Funeral Home, 395 State St., Sunbury.

Elaine was a second mom to me. Growing up, she tolerated my presence and I was thankful for that. Elaine was a strong woman who has a lot of cards stacked against her, yet she always made sure her kids had what they needed. I'll airways cherish my memories of Elaine, and will miss her greatly.
