Doris E. Delawder, 87, of Selinsgrove, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2019, at home.
She was born Aug. 17, 1932, in Selinsgrove, a daughter of the late Charles B. and Pauline L. (Brooker) Herman. She was married to Welton F. Delawder who preceded her in death in 1985.

Doris enjoyed shopping, bingo, yearly family picnics to Knoebels, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She is survived by three sons, Charles Delawder, Dean Delawder and wife Madeline and Lester Delawder; four daughters, Phyllis Delawder, Shirley Parker, Brenda Wearins, and Linda Delawder; 34 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, at the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove, followed by the funeral at 11, with Pastor Solomon Shaffer officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Selinsgrove.

The good lord above has called another angel home mrs Doris God bless you when I was growing up I sure loved coming to your house eating all them pork and beans and playing hide and go seek on Collington Avenue Charles and Dean Linda Shirley Lester I send my condolences your mom was a wonderful lady big part of my heart and my childhood love you all rest in peace mrs doris

I am sorry for you and your family. Prayers and sympathy to you all.
I remember all the fun we all had with her and she loved every one off you kids and her grandchildren.
