Clayton F. "Sonny" Wilt, 87, of Selinsgrove, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018, at the Manor at Penn Village, Selinsgrove.
He was born July 27, 1930, in Richfield, a son of the late Clayton F. Sr. and Pearl (Graybill) Wilt. On Aug. 2, 1947, he married the former Doris L. Maize who preceded him in death on Jan. 20, 2018.
Clayton attended Fayette High School, McAlisterville.
He was employed as a union carpenter.
Clayton was a member of Botshaft's "Grubbs" Lutheran Church, Mount Pleasant Mills and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1173, Selinsgrove.
He is survived by one son, Robert H. Wilt and his partner, Mark Finfrock, of Wormleysburg; one daughter, Wanda F. Wilt and partner, Art Zugay, of Herndon; grandaughter, Mandy A. Sheesley and husband Richard, of Selinsgrove; and three great-grandchildren, Cobi Biddinger and companion Autumn Greak, Angela Reigle and Aiden Sheesley.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Viola Linn, Beatrice Robinow, and Betty Blahusch.
Private graveside services will be held in Grubbs Church Cemetery, Mount Pleasant Mills.
Arrangements are by the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove.
